Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.cincaikira.my ("CincaiKira", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by TDT.
By using CincaiKira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. What CincaiKira Does
CincaiKira allows you to upload a receipt and helps you identify items, prices and totals and split a bill among multiple people.
Receipt information is processed automatically and results may contain errors.
You should always check the extracted items, prices, totals and calculated shares before relying on the result.
CincaiKira is intended as a convenience tool and does not replace your own verification of the bill.
2. Account and Free Usage
Some CincaiKira features require you to sign in with a Google account.
CincaiKira currently provides a limited number of free receipt scans per account each day.
The daily limit resets at 12:00 AM Malaysia time (UTC+8).
A scan that does not successfully produce a result may not be counted.
We may change, suspend or introduce usage limits, features or pricing in the future.
Creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of avoiding applicable usage limits is not permitted.
3. Your Uploaded Content
You remain responsible for the receipt images and other content you choose to upload.
You must only upload content that you are authorised to use and that does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
By uploading content to CincaiKira, you grant TDT a limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide, operate, secure and improve the service.
CincaiKira does not claim ownership of your receipt images.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse or interfere with CincaiKira or its operation;
- attempt to bypass usage restrictions;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's information;
- submit malicious or harmful content;
- use the service for unlawful purposes;
- use automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service; or
- attempt to circumvent technical or security controls.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
5. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using CincaiKira, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers used to operate CincaiKira, including Google and Amazon Web Services.
6. Accuracy of Results
CincaiKira uses automated processing to interpret receipt information.
Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or incorrectly interpreted due to receipt quality, formatting, handwriting, printing or other factors.
You are responsible for checking the final bill and amounts before making a payment or requesting payment from another person.
TDT is not responsible for disputes or losses arising solely from a user's reliance on an incorrect receipt interpretation or bill split.
7. Availability
CincaiKira is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service when reasonably necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
CincaiKira, its name, branding, logos, software, design and related materials are owned by or licensed to TDT unless otherwise stated.
You may use CincaiKira only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.
Your continued use of CincaiKira after an updated version becomes available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any matters arising from your use of CincaiKira will be subject to the applicable laws and courts of Malaysia.
