CincaiKira ("CincaiKira", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by TDT.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use www.cincaikira.my.
1. Information We Collect
Google account information
When you sign in with Google, we may receive information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture.
We use this information to:
- identify your account;
- provide and maintain the service;
- manage your usage limits; and
- display relevant account information within the application.
We do not use your Google account information to create advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
Receipt information
When you upload a receipt, we process the receipt image to identify items, prices, totals and other information needed to calculate and split the bill.
Receipt images are processed using services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
CincaiKira does not retain uploaded receipt images after processing.
Some extracted receipt information may be temporarily retained for a limited period to provide the service and avoid unnecessary repeated processing.
Usage and technical information
We may retain limited technical and usage information, such as service activity, usage counts and security logs, for purposes including:
- operating the service;
- enforcing usage limits;
- preventing abuse;
- troubleshooting technical issues; and
- improving the reliability of CincaiKira.
Reports and feedback
When you voluntarily submit a report or feedback through CincaiKira, we may receive the information you provide together with relevant account and technical information needed to investigate and respond to your report.
2. How Long We Keep Information
We aim to keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Current retention periods include:

Some information may be retained for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory or security requirements.
3. Information Stored in Your Browser
Some application information may be stored temporarily in your browser so that CincaiKira can maintain your current session and allow you to continue an unfinished bill split.
This may include your current bill-splitting information and temporary session information.
Information stored locally in your browser can be removed when you sign out, reset the application or clear your browser data.
The names of people you add to a bill split are handled within the application and are not intentionally submitted to us as personal account information.
4. Who Processes Your Information
CincaiKira uses third-party service providers to operate the service, including:
- Google — authentication and sign-in services.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, storage, database and receipt-processing services.
Your information may therefore be processed outside Malaysia.
We do not sell your personal information.
We also do not use your personal information to create advertising profiles. Sponsored content shown within CincaiKira is not provided with your personal information by us.
5. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Connections to CincaiKira are protected using HTTPS.
We also limit the amount of information retained by the service to what is reasonably necessary to operate CincaiKira.
However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information that we hold about you.
You may also sign out of CincaiKira at any time and manage or remove CincaiKira's access through your Google Account permissions.
For privacy-related requests, please use the Report an Issue function available within CincaiKira.
7. Children
CincaiKira is not intended for children under 13.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our practices or applicable requirements.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when this Privacy Policy was most recently updated.
